Cortney Nikolic is one of the longest serving property managers in our team. With over ten years experience with the Ray White Parkes | Forbes | Condobolin team working in both the Parkes and Forbes offices. Today Cortney plays an active role in all areas that are involved in managing your investment. 

Throughout her career Cortney has built strong and lasting connections with her clients and continues to provide an exceptionally high level of service. Her personable approach and commitment to maintaining the highest level of customer service is established from the beginning of your landlord or tenant journey and nurtured throughout. 

Cortney has completed her Certificate IV in Property Services and continues to further her education by undertaking a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking through the Australian College of Commerce and Management. Ray White is a full service agency with Loan Market brokers available to help new and existing clients secure a variety of loans. In the future Cortney hopes to work with the Loan Market team to continue to provide this service to customers in the Central West.
