Growing up on a livestock property between Condobolin and Cobar, local rural property agent Paddy Ward has long had exposure and contact with the agricultural community in Lachlan Shire.

The graduate of Hurlstone Agricultural School is today involved with the mighty Condobolin aero club where he spending time flying small aircraft.
During his childhood, the Ward family produced cattle and sheep and also caught feral goats, before more recently moving closer to town. The family’s property today is only 15km east of Condobolin, though Paddy leases land far further west to continue his feral goat operation.
